Terms & Conditions

  • The Terms and Conditions set out an agreement between the owner and Petronus.
  • Submission of a booking amount will confirm the owner/s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and their desire to progress with the booking.
  • On completion of booking, the owner will receive a call from Petronus. Information of the caretakers will be shared through the call.
  • Payment must be made online.
  • Cancellations must be notified to Petronus in writing within 24 hours of the service.
  • Submission of a booking amount will confirm the owner/s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and their desire to progress with the booking.
  • You agree to provide full and detailed information in the Booking Form about your pet/s. During your continued use of Petronus’ services you agree to keep us informed of any changes to your pet’s Booking Form.
  • In case of any harm caused by the pet to the Petronus’ staff, the owner will be held liable as per the terms of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
  • Boarding / Sitting:
    • Incase, if you have mentioned in the booking form that the food will be provided by you for the duration of the service rendered, you agree to supply enough food for your pet/s before the commencement of the service, food bowls, bedding and any toys which will help your pet, settle. If insufficient food is supplied at the start of the service you agree to reimburse us the costs incurred purchasing more food.
    • We recommend that your pet is insured against sickness, accident, injury and third party liability prior to the start of the board. The booking form gives the Petronus staff authorization to take your pet/s to a certified veterinary if necessary, whilst also confirming you will either reimburse us any fees or pay the Veterinary Surgeon directly, which-ever applies.
    • Although we make every effort to ensure your pet is cared for to our usual high standards we cannot be liable for loss, injury or death. You agree to terms each time you board your pet.
  • If your pet causes damage to Petronus’ staff person or belongings, other than reasonable tear and wear, you agree to reimburse any reasonable cost incurred by the carer in this event.
  • If your pet is aggressive or bites during its pampering session, it will be charged to cover the medical expenses of the Petronus’ staff and will be payable by yourself upon your return.
  • Petronus will use all care to ensure the happiness, safety and welfare of your pet. If however your pet becomes unwell or has an accident during his board, we will take it to a Veterinary Surgeon. You agree to be responsible for payment of veterinary fees incurred upon your return.
  • Photos taken of your pet/s during the pampering session will be the property of Petronus and may be shared on our website and social media sites. Should you not wish for your pet’s photos to be shared, please let us know. Please note no details of your pet/s’ exact holiday location will be given out, the security of pet/s is paramount.
  • If meal timings and meal portions are not specified in the first meeting then the care service giver will go ahead with what they feel is right for the pet.
  • Everything to do with your pet/s has to be specified on the first meeting itself by only one person from the pet/s’ family. We refrain from speaking to multiple people from same family for one pet, to avoid any miscommunication.
